[Example 1 of Utilizing Short-Wave Infrared] Extending the lifespan of lamps used in infrared sorting machines.

We will introduce a case where the exchange frequency dramatically decreased and maintenance costs were significantly reduced!

At a certain company in China, the short lifespan of halogen lamps used in infrared sorting machines was a problem. Therefore, we proposed switching to "SWIRLED," which has a longer lifespan than halogen lamps. As a result, it was common for technicians to spend two days traveling to the site for lamp replacements, but the frequency of replacements dramatically decreased, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
